Some people can’t get to workshops or courses. We also offer one-to-one mindfulness coaching and training, which can be provided remotely or, if practical, face to face. Everyone is different and a one-to-one learning style may also suit some people better, however, mindfulness mediation is not just about learning to manage stress it can’t be separated from understanding who we are in relationship to others.

We have also provided mindfulness coaching in families. As well as improving mental and physical well-being, mindfulness meditation helps us to relate to each other with more patience and understanding. This is something most of could benefit from in our homes much of the time but can particularly helpful at challenging times.
